every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to bed, look at yourself in the mirror and say your chosen affirmations. mean it. when the timing is appropriate during the day, reflect on them. meditate as often as you like on one specific affirmation at a time. thoughts lead to feelings lead to actions. this can also be the other way around. use your actions to change your feelings, and your thoughts will follow.
